QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to integrate multiple third-party applications. You can search for one from the apps store or through your QuickBooks account.
Here's how:
- Login to QuickBooks.
- Click on Apps at the left pane.
- Find an app from there.
If you're uncertain of what app to use, you may ask for assistance from your professional accountant. They are the ones who can give you options and get a recommended app that fits tp your business needs.

The error that you've encountered means that the page you are trying to open could not be found on the server. Usually, this occurs when website content has been removed or moved to another URL. To access our app store, you'll want to use this link instead: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/za/apps/.
If the error persists, you can try opening the link through a private window or other supported browsers to isolate the issue. There are times that stored temporary internet files block the server from connecting to the requested website. You may use these shortcut keys to launch incognito mode:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
If it's now working well, go back to your normal browser and then clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files.
Aside from that, you can also search for a third-party application within your QuickBooks Online account. I'll show you how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
- Go to the Find Apps tab.
- Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
