Thanks for letting us know about this, Renier. I'll provide an update on the Capitec Bank connectivity error in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to help with your financial data management.

 

Based on our records, the reported issue with Capitec Bank (error 192) was already tagged as closed. Since you're still experiencing the connectivity error, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team again to report this.

 

In the meantime, you can utilize the import CSV feature as a workaround to upload your transactions to QuickBooks.

 

Additionally, we encourage you to regularly reconcile (monthly) your accounts in QBO to effectively monitor your income and expenses.
