Mileage tracking on iPhone stopped recording trips
My iPhone and Online QB has stopped recording trips. It actually stopped mid trip, recording only half the drive and has not recorded since. I went through all the steps that are posted but still will not record.
Anyone have a similar issue?

So far, we haven't received similar issues from other users about mileage tracking that has stopped working on iPhone.
Since you've mentioned trying some steps to resolve it, may I know what are those that you've taken so far? This can help me better isolate the issue.
For now, you can manually track your mileage directly in QuickBooks Online without using the app.
To do this, you'll need to set up the following:
- Supplier profile for your employee.
- Expense account for mileage.
- Create a product item for Mileage.
For instructions on how to perform each of the above mentioned, you can refer to this article: Manually track mileage for multiple vehicles. Then, proceed to Step 1 to 3.
Once done, you can create a bill to track mileage. I'll show you how below:
- Go to the + New icon.
- Select Bill.
- Fill in the necessary information such as the Supplier, Category and the Amount.
- Select Save and close.
I'll keep an eye out for your response. I'm want to make sure your Mileage Tracker works again. Reach back to me if there's anything I can help you with. You take care and have a good one.
