Thank you for joining this thread. I'm here to assist you in obtaining your product key/code so that you can install QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) on your new laptop.

 

Since you're unable to access your old email to retrieve the purchase confirmation for your product key/code, you can sign into the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) using your Intuit account. This portal should provide you with the necessary information you need.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with your Intuit account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
  3. If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.

 

Furthermore, it is important to note that we are no longer able to offer support for the retired version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2020. Additionally, we have discontinued the availability of QBDT products in South Africa.
