Can I please confirm which version of QuickBooks payroll you are using? Could you please send a screenshot of the employee section and the payslip.

Sure, see attached file The printout spans across multiple pages (horizontally and vertically) so it does not fit on one a4 paper i have tried printing alternative pdf files from other sources and these print file suggesting print settings are ok (i've checked anyway and there is no zoom that i can find and paper source is set to a4)

Can I please confirm whether you get same issue when printing using an alternative web browser?

Yeah (found it, duh!)) it solves the problem. strange that it doesn't affect other pdf's but there you go! thanks

I get the same problem, have spent ages messing around trying to save in different formats etc, but I've now found 'fit to page' works! We shouldn't need to faff about like this though, surely the PDF should just print out properly. I have the same problem with CIS statements. Not great really.

We can certainly pass on your feedback to our product engineers sometimes with computers and printers having different settings some changes in settings may be necessary.

Thanks for passing on the feedback to the product engineers. It’s just an irritating pain in the neck, you ought to be able to just print out a PDF without changing settings.
