While there isn’t a restriction on the ability to search in the Product & Services window, as long as the said item(s) exist. There are certain factors that might affect search functionality. One such factor could be the accumulated data in your browser, which may interfere with performance. 

For this, we recommend logging out of your account and accessing it using an incognito or private window to ensure the program runs in a clean state.

Alternatively, you can also switch to other supported browsers for the better experience when using QuickBooks.
