You can add tax rates from the VAT section to set up a reverse charge tax code.

Please note that before setting up a new tax code  in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you need to ensure that VAT has already been set up in your account.

Once that's confirmed, here's how you can set up a reverse charge tax code:

1. Go to VAT.
   
2. Click the Edit VAT dropdown and select Edit rates.
3. Hit the Add tax rate button.
   
4. Enter the necessary information needed.
5. Click Save.
