We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. If you are not using a report, then any page in QuickBooks will return to the default setting when returning to/refreshing the page. 

For further options, please submit feedback to our Product team (select the Settings wheel in QuickBooks > Feedback).

Thanks but seems a bit pointless, never used to be a problem - Memo was always visible but now it isn't...
