Sales order management software that integrates well with QBO
Dear Community
I am looking for recommendations for Sales Order Management software that can integrate well with QBO.
All our bookkeeping and accounting is done through QBO, which we love. Ideally, We would like to retain as much of the process within QBO but understand that is does not provide Sales Order Management functionality.
Our company is a small UK based supply chain business essentially providing a procurement service for larger companies. We rarely stock any products so that element is not important
the key important elements for us are as follows:
- It must be capable hosting our products and prices (3000 products)
- Manage our suppliers (approx 200)
- link multiple suppliers to products
- Manage my customers delivery sites (200+)
- create quotations
- convert sales orders from quotations when approved
- auto create POs for my suppliers, (needs to create multiple POs from a SO, based on the formation of the original quotation)
- GRN deliveries of good / services, (inc the ability to partial delivery)(this is our point of sale)
- Create invoices
- Manage supplier payments
- Manage WIP and Debtors
- Manage payment receipts
Regards & Happy new year
Alan

Other Questions
How much is your budget and how many user do you need to access the SO Management app? We may recommend an inventory management app with the B2B portal feature to integrate with QBO. You don't need to create quotations manually and let your clients to access the portal, showcase products and pricing on stores with inventory integrated, and take the admin out of the order process.

Hi, I dont have a budget as such, Im currently spending arounf £6k per yr on a system that I am not happy with.
I have approx 12 back office staff that would need access
Unfortunately for me, I am at the behest of my clients procurement system so all my order arrive in an email account in PDFs so my staff enter the sales order manually or, convert the quotation that they previously generated into a sales order.

Explore this app for starter.
You will need a connector to send data to QBO. Utilize the starter plan for free if you don't need to update data in near real time.

Thanks, Ive had a look through Zoho just now and from what I can see it focuses on your central inventory management allowing various independent sales channels to be updated as your products are sold. I dont have any inventory

Hello @Alanoreilly ,
Try out the Logistify AI Assistant to solve the manual data entry of sales orders from email/PDF. It's like chatGPT. It automates manual data entry of sales orders. It integrates into your email and when a sales order arrives in your Inbox, it extracts it and integrates with your QBO to sync with Inventory.
