So far, we haven't received any known or similar issues same as what you're currently experiencing when navigating to the Projects page. We're also able to access the page just fine. Kindly review the screenshot below for reference: 

You're likely having a browser-related problem due to some stored cache for a long time. I recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this. Start by logging in to your QBO account using an incognito webpage. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using. 

For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.

For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If this works, then go back to your regular web and clear the cache. This prevents its unusual behavior from moving forward. Otherwise, use another compatible browser for a better experience when using QBO.
