To show COA numbers, you'll need to enable the option for account numbers through the Account and Settings page.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Account and Settings.
- From the left panel, click Advanced.
- Go to the Chart of accounts.
- Enable account numbers and click Save.
- Hit Done.
Once done, go back to your Trial Balance (TB) report and check the account numbers from there.
I recommend customising the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorise it to save its current customisation settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
