Since this is a newly created company, you still have to create a purchase bill for the Accounts Payable Creditors to show in the Account drop-down or in the chart of accounts. You also have the option to set up the account in QBO. I can guide you through the process to add it.

Here’s how:

1. Tap the Accounting menu on the left panel to select Chart of Accounts.
2. Hit the New button to open the Account screen.
3. From there, click the Account Type drop-down and choose Accounts Payable (Creditors).
4. Then, select the correct category in the Detail Type drop-down.
5. Type a term that will easily identify the account in the Name field.
6. Fill in the remaining boxes.
7. Click Save and Close.
