We are improving our way to connect with our customers on how to contact our support. I recommend going to the Help icon. From there, you can contact us through email so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you.
Here's how to contact them:
1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
7. Fill in the information.

my main issue is that I can not avail of the new customer discount for Quick Books online as I took the trial version to check your software versus XERO now I can not get the discount and I confused why now I am being penalized for trying the software...This was not the case with Zero or Zoho Books
can you find my account without me sharing my ID?

They have the necessary tools to pull up your account then guide you on how to avail and subscribe to QuickBooks Online in your region.

- Click on Help at the top menu bar.
- Press on Contact Us.
- In the What can we help you with? box, key in your concern.
- Hit on Let's Talk.
- Select on Start a chat.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or6 months. If you purchase from the Trial account or upgrade/downgrade your plan, you have to pay the regular rate.
