You can renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription through a web browser, Sucaad.
Once your QBO subscription expires, your account will switch to read-only mode. This means you will no longer be able to record or add transactions, but you’ll still have access to view your existing data.
To resubscribe with your QBO account, you have to log in using a supported web browser. You will be prompted to resubscribe upon signing in to your QBO company. If this doesn’t happen, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Resubscribe.
- Choose the appropriate payment method.
- Enter your updated payment and billing information.
- Click Resubscribe.
If you encounter any errors while renewing your subscription or reactivating your QBO, you can connect with our live support team to further assist you.
