Why does QBO refuse to call me after 3 requests so I can explain my situation and we can complete the direct deposit increase request?
Please have a supervisor call me at 270-xxx-xxxx. It’s really simple, I want a permanent limit of $150,000 for next day direct deposit payments to contractors.
This is the 3rd time I have requested a phone call to explain our situation. I am NOT uploading the documents a 3rd time – I have already sent them twice.
I requested a phone call if there were any issues when I spoke with someone on the phone over a month ago – that did not happen.
I included a letter like this when I submitted the documents for the second time on 7/25/2025 and requested a phone call– that did not happen.
This is now my 3rd request for the opportunity to discuss my case with a human being. We are a growing company and our deposits and withdrawals (mostly paying 1099s via direct deposit) is increasing each month. The only obstacle we have experienced so far is QuickBooks and I’d like the opportunity to discuss why I’m paying for a service that not only is being an impediment to our success, but apparently refuses to talk to me on the phone. So for the 3rd time…
