You've come to the right place for assistance, @rick81641. I can share with you some troubleshooting steps so you can download your Citicard bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before that, did you encounter any error messages? If so, we'd appreciate it if you could share it here so we can accurately diagnose the issue and provide an effective resolution.
First, let's perform a manual download by clicking the Update button. Doing so imports the latest transactions from your bank or credit card account.
If the issue persists, it's also possible that the problem is on the bank's end. To confirm, I recommend signing in to their website and checking for any messages, notifications, or alerts.
Please see this article for additional troubleshooting: Bank errors and missing transactions in QuickBooks Online.
For now, you'll want to manually upload the transactions into QBO. Before doing so, download the CSV file of your entries from your bank's website and ensure it's in the correct format.
Please refer to these steps on how to upload:
- Go to Banking and select the tile for the bank account.
- Click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file.
- Choose the file you downloaded from your bank, then Continue.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account to which you want to upload the transactions and click Continue.
- Follow the onscreen procedure and select Continue.
- Choose the transactions to import, then Continue.
- Select Yes, and hit Done.
Additionally, we recommend performing monthly account reconciliations to ensure they correspond to your bank statements.
