1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
   
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Hey there! Quickbooks online with a barcode scanner? Man, I get it. It's not like you can just plug it in and go. You’d think it’s as easy as using your phone at checkout, but QuickBooks won't directly work with barcode scanning in its online version. This means no real-time inventory updates straight from the software, and that can definitely slow you down.
