How to Customize QuickBooks Invoice 'Email Design'

Hi, I understand that you can customize the invoice design in QuickBooks by going to

 

    Gear - Custom form styles - Edit

 

and that the color of the email box can also be modified.

 

However, I would like to customize the overall design of the email layout itself.

 

I found a Q&A post from three years ago that mentioned this feature was not supported at the time.

I am wondering if this feature is still not supported, and if it is now supported, I would like to receive instructions on how to make these modifications.

Currently, the ability to customize the email layout is still not possible. I suggest sending feedback to our dedicated product engineering team for them to thoroughly analyze and determine whether to include this feature in future updates.

 

To send your request:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Tap Next to submit.

 

As a workaround, you can explore third-party applications that offer personalization of the email layout.

 

Additionally, you can also customise your reports in QuickBooks to apply your personal touch.
