Let me help you sync your Garage Plug Inc data into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Sometimes, the connection between QBO and the app can become interrupted or corrupted, causing errors and inconsistencies in data transfer. We can disconnect and reconnect these two apps to refresh their connection and import your files.
Here's how:
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Select My Apps, then click your account.
- Tap Disconnect, then choose Confirm Disconnect from the pop-up window.
- Head to the Find Apps tab.
- Pick Sync with Garage Plug Inc from the list.
- Select Get app now and follow the instructions on the screen.
However, if the same thing happens, I suggest contacting the connector's technical representatives again. This way, they can pull your account in a safe session and conduct an investigation. You can find their contact info under the Support section of the app profile.
