hi my name is sharzard mohammed Of trinidad & tobago, i recently purchased a 3 license quickbooks Point of Sale 18 & installed it on 3 machines for an auto parts place, everything works fine but they are having problems scanning bar codes from japan apparently its a little different format from what they've explained is there any support pack to install to rectify this situation?
