In the meantime, let's do the following steps to access your account. You might've already done these, but I want to make sure we've exhausted all possible solutions.
It's likely that a different login was used, so let's make sure to enter the correct credentials when logging in. Check your email inbox for the payment confirmation associated with your subscription.
Did you encounter a specific error message instead? This is likely caused by a cache-related problem.
We can rule this out by using an incognito window. This is a good way to check for any cache-related problems since this window works independent from the regular browser. Here are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Shift + CTRL + P.
Log in to your correct account and see if you can access it properly. If you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. Though, using another supported browser also works.
If you still can't access it, we would want to get to the bottom of this. I see that you've already sent an email and initiated a chat with our support. So, we'll want to give the agents another shot at opening your company.
