Deleted Invoice
Hi there, i mistakenly deleted a bill pending payment from one of my suppliers and now when i go into the supplier the balance outstanding still reflects the amount from the deleted invoice but there is no bill to correspond to the amount.
Is there a way i can reinstate this bill or adjust the balance outstanding to remove the amount from the balance.

Let's retrieve deleted bill to get the original information and re-create it, Judy Mc.
For now, we're unable to restore an invoice once deleted in QuickBooks. You can use the Audit log to get the details. Then, record the transaction again.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Tools, select Audit log.
- Select the User and Date.
- From the Event drop-down menu, choose Deleted/Voided transactions.

- Find the deleted invoice and click View to see the history.
- After getting the information, you can re-create the invoice by going to + New, then Bills.
