It seems like it's your first post. Welcome, @amalina-s-humani!
Yes, you can integrate QuickBooks Online (QBO) with HubSpot. It helps you create invoices directly from the deal record in HubSpot, view invoice information, and see payment events on the deal timeline. This is only applicable to QBO Advanced users.
I recommend reaching out to the HubSpot support team. They can further assist you with installing the integration.
Here's how:
- Head to this link: HubSpot.
- Go to the Contact section.
- You can either call or email them using their contact details.
On the same link, you may also click on the knowledge article under the Support section. It contains all the information you need about using the HubSpot's integration with QBO.

Stay in touch if you have follow-up questions or concerns. I’ll be right here to assist you. Enjoy the rest of the day, @amalina-s-humani.

It supports QB Online natively but offers limited functionality. Consider having a 3rd party connector for better results.

Other Questions
I´m actually trying to follow the advertised HubSpot and QBO integration and this seems to not be doing what´s promised and I wonder if anyone got this working. Connecting the both apps was straight forward
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/hubspot/ and we´d like to create QB invoices through Hubspot and this seems all working to the point where QB should show the invoices in the task list- it seems to be an issue with the mapping and the QB side says that this is an outdated URL.
Any idea to what we can to do make this work as Support from both providers seems not to be able to sort this out.

I am hopping in this thread to assist you, @Joe217.
My colleague, LieraMarie_A, is correct about contacting HubSpot support regarding QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration. That way, they can walk you through how it should be appropriately connected and map to QBO.
Also, they can give you information regarding the workflow of the transactions.
Let me know if you have further QuickBooks-related concerns. I’ll make sure to get back As soon as I can. Have a good one!

thank you for your advise @Anonymous --unfortunately HubSpot keeps telling me I need to talk to you at QB and ask for the URLs needed to do a proper mapping to make this work. My colleague called your support and has been told that you do not support any third party app. We´d love to use this solution as advertised.

Other Questions
It is very possible that Hubspot does not support QBO Global version. Consider using another app to integrate with QBO Global version.

To integrate HubSpot with QuickBooks, you can use HubSpot's native integration by navigating to App Marketplace in HubSpot, searching for QuickBooks Online, and following the installation prompts. If this fails, consider using Skyvia, a no-code integration platform that connects HubSpot and QuickBooks seamlessly, offering an alternative solution.
