We do not recommend migrating data from QBO to TallyPrime. You have to migrate it manually. You can export your data from QBO to XLS and you can use the exporter tool to do so.

Better to start your company file from scratch on TallyPrime. Otherwise, we can recommend 2 other accounting apps to migrate data from QBO India.

You can consider looking for a third-party application to help you migrate all your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Tally. You can search for the app within your QBO account.

Here's how:

1. On the left panel in your QBO account, click Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Use the search bar to look for an app.

You also have an option to download some of the most needed lists and reports to get your data out from QBO so you can import them to Tally. For more information on getting your data in QBO, here is a helpful article that you can read: Export Data out of QuickBooks Online.
