The data that is shown on your Account and Settings page is industry types, not company names. Normally, this will only show when you set up your QuickBooks company for the first time.

To get rid of it, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser becomes corrupted causing unusual behaviors in the program. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:
 

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once you're in, check your Account and Settings page again. If they're now gone, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to delete the junk files. Switching to other supported web browsers can also help further isolate the issue.
