I have been getting the 504 Gateway error since monday and I still am. Is there something I need to do on my end to make your fix work or is it just not fixed?

Hello, @Flying Hammer.

Great to have you in the Community. I can assist you with getting this 504 Gateway error resolved so you can get back to business.

I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. This will free up space in your browser and enable you to download without any errors. After this has been completed, you can open your company file and work freely. Another option is to open QuickBooks in an incognito environment. This browser does not save any browsing history and runs a lot smoother. To go incognito is simple, just two clicks and you're on the way.

  1. Start Chrome and click the three-dotted icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click New Incognito Window and start browsing.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I'm just a post away.
