how i can print the transaction with attachment in quickbook online

how I can print the transaction with attachments with one click in QuickBooks online?

You can print your transaction and its attachment individually. The option to print them as one is unavailable. If you're referring to printing an invoice, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Invoices. 
  2. Look for the invoice to print and click the drop-down arrow under the ACTION column.
  3. Select View/Edit.
  4. Under the Attachment section, click the attachment to open it in a new window and hit Ctrl + P to print it.
  5. On the Invoice page, click the Print or Preview menu at the bottom and then Print or Preview.
  6. Click Print.
