Hi, I'm trying to open a chat with a Quickbooks representative, but the prechat questionnaire does not open (or rather, it's blank page). Any solutions?

You can start a chat and share your concern by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Select Start a chart. One of our team will connect you within 5 minutes. 

 

If you've done following the steps above and the same thing happens, I'd recommend accessing QuickBooks in a private browser. There are times that too much gathered data can cause unusual responses. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you need to return to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps refresh the system, and you can work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers in QBO.
