The option to undo a previous reconciliation is only available to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). You'll need an accountant to undo the reconciliation at once. Let me guide you how.
In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Go to My Accountant menu.
- Type in the email of your accountant in the Invite field and click Invite.
- Enter the needed information, then click Save.
On the other hand, you can also unreconciled an account. But, you'll have to do it manually. Before doing so, I recommend reaching out to your accountant for expert advice on doing this. This way, you'll be guided accordingly.
