Our subscribers are our top priority, @sapna1. I understand the importance of your concern, however, we've updated our support options in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Currently, you can only connect to our Customer Care team through chat. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Contact Us button.
  3. Type in the details of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click the Let's talk button.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first five steps.
