This is very unusual that the GST is negative. The most possible reason is due to a browser error. You'll want to use an incognito window and check it from there:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Mozilla: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Also, let's clear the cache since it causes issues in QuickBooks. Make sure that the browser is updated. You'll want to use a different one if there's available.
