Change in User Profile info on switching from trial to paid subscription
Hi All,
Please note that we are in plan to subscribe the QBO Plus. But for trial period, we were using an individual's email id and all correspondence are made on this email id. Now for the subscription of paid instance, we want to have the user profile on official email address and other official information like contact number etc.
Please guide if its possible or not. If possible then what will be the procedure to get it?
And will appreciate if individual from QBO team will reply on this thread. In this way we will be firm to follow the resolution without any fear.
Regards,
Abdul Rehman.
