At the bottom of the list of expenses on the T2125 there are blank lines.  Actually, it starts with a single blank line.  Enter the expense on that line.  Once you enter one expense, another blank will appear below it.  If you have several expense categories you want to track separately, just enter them in the lines in the order you wish.  It will accommodate.
