Thank you for your posting and the message has been received. Also note there is a send feedback option in the help menu of ProFile. Though you may not receive a response, product development looks at all entries submitted through the send feedback app.

Thanks Duncan. Been asking for this form since it disappeared couple of years ago but no luck. A new addition to my requests is CTB9.

Thank you for your request. Don't forget to use the send feedback app in the ProFile help menu. Product development looks at all requests sent through the feedback app although they usually do not respond directly to the requester.
