Letter coding issue

Since the latest update, the joint and individual letter is not automatically populating.  For the joint letter, the 2nd spouse information is not showing...but all the coding is there not completed.  There was a similar problem with the individual letter.  Help!

I went into templates and chose the individual client letter and ticked the use default box. This fixed the coding problem. Then I went in and edited the template back to what I needed (including the chronic grammar error). Definitely not a user friendly process, but eventually effective.

thanks. i've already had to do that twice. it seems every new update ends up breaking something that was working fine. i've killed the joint letter and am now doing individual letters only (after deleting anything about tfhsa!)
