Does a simplified method exists for lodging expense for earning "business' income"? I see the simplified method for travel which includes km rate and daily meal rate but nothing for lodging
No, there is no such thing. Also, the KM rate and daily meal rates are for moving and medical expenses - business expenses require tracking of actual meal cost, supported by receipts, and a vehicle log to allocate vehicle expenses actually incurred.
