As far as I know, due to its pricing and features, it is only well-known for QB Desktop user. You should exploring other CRM apps for QB Online to compare with it.

Let me show you how you can find what you're looking for to expand on the tools and features you have at your disposal. 

When you're logged into QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Apps tab on the left menu. Use the Search function to search for Method:CRM. You should find the following app in your search results:

To connect the app, you simply need to select the icon, click the green Get app now button from the upper right corner, then follow the prompts to connect. Method provides support for this app, so if you have questions about how to use it you can find all the information from the link above.
