I have tried everything to migrate from QB desktop to QBO and gone through every checklist item but it just doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

11,072 KB, correct?
There is no Condense Data utility for QB Desktop CA version. You have to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to QB Online or another accounting app.

Does not seem very high. I read that the maximum target should be less than 750,000

Other Questions
< 350,000 (or 350 KB) = QBO Plus or lower plans
< 750,000 (or 750 KB) = QBO Advanced
> 750,000 = 3rd party conversion service
You can try opening the sample file in your QBD 2023 and converting it to QBO to make sure that the built-in conversion tool works.

The Sample file worked!
So, the issue would be the target size then?

If you believe the Target Total is only 11,072 (not 1,072,000 or more), your company file is corrupt. Run the Verify Rebuild Data utility to be sure
Another parameter, how big is your file size? > 250 MB? > 1 GB?

File size is 34.11 MB
I have run the utility and everything was ok.
1 more thing I should mention is that the original file resides on a server however, before proceeding with the conversion, I made a portable copy and saved it on my desktop. I also switched to single-user mode.

Other Questions
The Total Target aligns with the file size. It's still possible that the file is corrupt but QB can't recognize it. Contact Support and ask them to check the file. Last resort, buy a 3rd party conversion service.
