How do i access the full breakdown of ALL expenses? I need to access all categories that fall under the blanket of "all other expenses" please help.

When i generate a "detailed tax report" alot of my expenses still fall under "all other expenses" How do i access and see an even more detailed breakdown to see all the "Other epenses" for tax purposes.

Hi Bambi2! Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) doesn’t offer a specific report, other than the Profit and Loss report, to provide a detailed breakdown of your Other Expenses.

 

As a workaround, you can manually view all transactions categorized under Other Expenses.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.
  2. In the Type dropdown menu, select Spending.
  3. Choose Other Expenses as the account.
  4. Set the Date dropdown menu to All to view every transaction under Other Expenses.

 

This will allow you to see all transactions categorized as Other Expenses, helping you analyze and review them for tax purposes.
