Is it possible to attach a screenshot on how to enter the Bas manually if a credit is received by the ATO. Are two journal entries required? GSt centre is not used

Hi there, Jenny. We appreciate you reaching out in the Community forum.
To begin with, could you please clarify what do you mean by “attaching a screenshot”? Are you requesting a step-by-step visual guide with screenshots for manually entering the BAS when a credit is received from the ATO, or do you simply want to attach a screenshot while entering the information manually? Any additional details would help us provide the most accurate solution.
Since the GST Centre isn’t being used, you can record this using a Journal Entry (JE). If there are two separate transactions, you’ll need to create two JEs to reflect them properly. If you’re unsure which accounts to use, it’s a good idea to consult your accountant for accurate guidance.
