There's an easy way to export your data in QuickBooks Online, one of which is using the Export data feature, Hello246.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Under Tools, click the Export Data.
- Set the preferred date in the Pre-selected date ranges.
- You can choose between Reports or List, then toggle the switch on for the one you wish to export.
- After that, click the Export to Excel.
For your transactions, you can run a Transaction List by Date report and export it. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Reports in the left corner of your screen.
- In the Search bar, type Transaction List by Date.
- Filter the Report period to custom, then set the date you prefer to show in the reports.
- Once done, navigate to the Export icon beside the Print icon.
- You can choose whether to Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export as CSV.
