Hi ddus,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
Yes, we can definitely export attachments in bulk. Let me share with you the steps on how to export attachments in bulk in QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Attachments.
- Select the attachments you would like to export.
- On the Batch actions dropdown arrow, select Export.
- Extract the downloaded zip file to your computer.

I've now seen that you can change the number of rows to 300 per page. Is there a way to download all attachments at once, rather than by 300 rows at a time?

Yes, there's a way to batch export attachments with more than 50 rows at a time, @a1b2.
To do this, you'll need to adjust the number of rows based on how many attachments you want to export. Here’s how:
- On the Attachments page, click the small Gear icon on the right side.
- From the Rows dropdown, select a number based on how many attachments you wish to export at once.
You can export attachments up to a maximum of 300. However, please keep in mind that when exporting attachments, you should also consider the file size and your internet connection speed. Large files could take longer to export, especially if your internet connection is slow.
Currently, the option to download attachments exceeding 300 is unavailable. If you need to download all your attachments at once in QuickBooks, I recommend looking for a suitable third-party app.
