How do I delete my account permanently?

I'd like to potently delete my account. I thought this was an app to store personal financial information not business so I do not need account anymore.

Glad to provide the first step to take so that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account will delete permanently. 

 

We're unable to delete a QBO account immediately. For paid and trial subscriptions, we retain your data for one year. We then delete the data afterward. This will allow other business owners to use the data within a one-year time frame for future use.

 

If you're currently using our QuickBooks trial account, it'll be canceled automatically after one month. But if you have paid subscriptions, I'd recommend canceling it. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Pick your Name to access your Apple ID and select Subscriptions.
  3. Click QuickBooks Online and press Cancel.
