The option to run two Chart of Accounts (CoA) in a QuickBooks Online (QBO) company is unavailable. 

If you need to view different bank registers, you can open your CoA and then click the View register link to open a bank register, one at a time. To know more about the CoA in QBO, take a look at this article: Learn about the chart of accounts in QuickBooks.

You also have the option to upload accounts for your CoA. You can refer to this article for the steps: Import your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online. It's a step-by-step guide on how you can prepare an Excel or CSV file to upload your CoA.
