I have set up the new connection with CBA and the balance is showing in Quickbooks but there are transactions missing between 8/11/20 and 23/11/20. How can I correct this

You can manually upload the missing transactions to QuickBooks via a .CSV file that you can download from CBA.
Here's how to download the .CSV article if you use:
Once that's downloaded to your computer, follow these instructions from Step 4 onwards on uploading them to QuickBooks.
