Move to QuickBooks Online
I recognize how important it is to flawlessly unreconcile all your transactions, Malibu5. I'm here to help you with that.
The Undo Reconciliation option is only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant. I'd recommend sending an invite to your accountant within QuickBooks to process this. If you don't have one, you can use our Find-an-Accountant tool to look for an expert near you.
Here's how to invite an accountant:
- Go to the Gear icon and then select Manage Users.
- Select the Accounting firms tab.
- Enter the accountant's email and then click the Invite button.
- Click Save.
Once done, your accountant can now undo the entire reconciliation.
Otherwise, you'll need to unreconcile the transactions one at a time. I'd suggest checking out this article for reference: Undo Reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
