WHEN will I get Ability to automatically cc different divisions....

example: Sales / Accounting
I am already sending an invoice to a customer..how does sales know I have done so unless I cc them in the invoice....same with accounting....needing to know that client A was invoiced and need to pay and the allocate payment to client A?

Manage Suppliers and Expenses

I recognize the importance of automatically carbon copy (Cc) of different divisions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), africangoldcarp. I'm here to share insights about this. 

 

In QBO, you can add a default email address to be your Cc and Bcc when sending your forms to your customer. This is to avoid entering it each time you create a sales form.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. In the Messages section, click the Pencil icon.

  5. Select Save and Done.
