Make sure you choose QB Online Global version for Swaziland, not QB Online South Africa version.

Thanks so much, is it possible to do it after the fact or do you have to do that before any work done?

I see that the tax agency is SARS, whereas we use ERS.  Can this be changed

How long have you been using QBO South African version?

I am just in the 30 day trial period

You should open the trial account for QBO Global version for Swaziland and compare it to QBO South Africa version.
