I do not have the top right arrow in my app screen to generate the otp?

Same problem more or less from purchasing this software.  Works once in a while for no reason, but never a permanent fix and always a run around in help...   I waste more my money time than the software is worth.   Decision what to do?  If I have to do everything manually, I guess I already own excel.
