How can I export a list of invoices so I can change the date and import the same list for the new month's recurring invoices?

We can use the Invoice List by Date report to export the data into Excel. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu, scroll down and select the Invoice List by Date report.
  2. Click the Download icon drop-down.
  3. Choose Export to Excel from the result.

Next, map the import fields and make sure the spreadsheet’s column headings matches with QuickBooks. See the following article for the steps: Import multiple invoices at once.

 

Lastly, import the invoices by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ icon and select Import Data.
  2. Choose Invoices then press the Browse button to locate the file.
  3. Hit Next.
